Psychologist, M.A.
For more than 25 years I have practiced as a psychotherapist for individuals and groups, as a teacher and trainer for leadership training, and as a lecturer at the university. I have been trained in systems family therapy, gestalt therapy, existential psychotherapy, solution-focused brief therapy. An important addition to my education and work experience was my long-time ‘hobby’: an interest in spirituality and esoteric studies. I have been lucky to have met wise teachers and masters at the right moments of my life, and they have been generous enough to share their wisdom with me. Astrology, healing and shamanistic wisdom have been part of my worldview since 1981. My destiny brought me to Denmark in 1995. Here I received an education in transpersonal psychology and psycho-spiritual facilitation. My teacher was Ingelise Emby, Danish facilitator of the Deva Foundation. This education opened up for me a new world of transpersonal experiences, regressions and past lives. At last I got a chance to fulfill my dream of many years: to connect my profession and my hobby. Today I am a Licensed Psychologist in private practice. I give sessions, lectures and workshops in Estonian, Danish and English. I am the founder of the Holistic Therapy Institute in Copenhagen (1998). The Institute trains psychotherapists to use holistic approaches and the ideas of transpersonal psychology in their work. The first 3-year training program in holistic psychotherapy began in 2003 in Estonia, and the first group received their certificates in the summer of 2006. Most of the graduates now work with clients in Estonia. New training groups have started their journey in Holistic Training. Past Life Regressions have been a part of my therapy work since 1998. In 2004 I acquired the Life Between Lives Regression technique (LBL), which is an extension of the Past Life Regression. After a year of practice with the LBL method I received a certificate from The Newton Institute of Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. There is nothing more exciting than the human life journey. I have been wandering through hill and dale towards my goals over the years. I am happy to share my knowledge and skills with people who are yearning to travel upon their spiritual paths. |
I was born in 1952 on Muhu island, Estonia. I am a mother of two wonderful girls. I hold an M.A. degree in Psychology from Estonia and a Psychologist-Psychotherapist License from the Danish Kingdom.
